    I guess that you ordered from our website, right? It will be delivered through our distributors.

    When did you send your emails? We´re doing our best to respond within maximum 24 hours, please also take into consideration that we´re based in Europe, so this might cause a slight delay.

    I ordered from the website, yes : )

    UPS sent me some emails regarding shipment, and I was told bestservice.de would send me a detailed list regarding all the transactions. There are f.i TWO 20 euro droughts from my account, which I do not understand! [:)]

    I've been in touch with best service regarding your order on Friday and have been informed that the following has been charged to your credit card:

    EUR 289,92 for the Vienna Special Edition
    EUR 15,97 for the Vienna Key
    EUR 4,00 for shipping costs (the library has already been sent when you placed your second order for the ViennaKey, therefore the shipping costs).

    Sandy from best service (sandy@bestservice.de) told me that she'll send you an email with this information as well.
