    I just got my copy of the SE and I only have one serial number for the basic library - where do I find the serial number for the extended library (which I also purchased)? The documentation says it was sent on a separate sheet but I don't see it anywhere.

    The only things I got in the shrink-wrapped package were the user manual, quickstart guide, warranty and license, and, of course, the discs. Is it hidden somewhere in one of those documents?

    I also can't seem to figure out where to get it in the user area...

    In the US, you should contact Ilio for your extended license. I was able to do this by phone, and according to Ilio there was really no other way to acquire the extended license.

    In EU, some of have gone through Best Service. The safest thing would be to contact the vendor from whom you bought the library to confirm their understanding of the upgrade process if different from going through Ilio or Best Service.

    I must agree with you-- the process of upgrading is not as clear as it might be.
