  • Removing demo articulations

    Hi,

Is there any way that I can force the early expiry of my extended instrument articulations that were bundled with my Cube set? I still have over 100 uses left, and I don't want the L2 articulations getting in the way.
    Thanks...

  • Hi Vischebaste,

you cannot stop your demo starts from counting down, they will automatically always show you the Extended Library articulations.

    Best,

  • as far as i know you can call the *remove license wizard* and select a demo license to be removed.
not sure why you'd want to do this, but it should work

  • Do the L2 Articulations dissapear from view once expired? Or can you still see them but not just not load them?

  • Hi Paul and cm, thanks for the replies. cm, there are a couple of reasons that I don't want the L2 articulations to show up in the menu: firstly, in some of the larger instrument folders, there are many L2 sounds, but not a single non-L2 sound, so I often waste time scrolling through looking for sounds that I can use, only to find that there are none. Secondly, I don't want to be able to accidentally use an L2 sound that I find won't load into my composition a few months down the line, when the demo has expired.
    Thanks,

    Vische

  • Banquo, yes - they disappear and cannot be loaded. the license is then listed as *expired* and can be removed.
