    Did anyone here do a VSL stress test with an 8-core Mac Pro? Is it worth the additional $1500, i.e. can it handle significantly more VI instances than a quad-core Mac Pro?

    Dear Pierre,

    I don't own an 8 core Mac-yet [:)]. I am personally waiting till Leopard/Logic 8 (or whatever it's going to be called) is released. Only then, I think will the real benifit of 8 cores become apparent.
