Hi -
I'm a newbie to VI. I just bought Special Edition and I really like it, but there is one feature that I have in some of my other libraries that I'm not seeing in SE. I can't find any patches that have a dynamic cross-fade (using the mod wheel) to transition from a soft (looped) sample to a loud (looped) sample. It's much more realistic than just using CC7 and I use it a lot in my other libs, but I'm not seeing anything like that in the SE patches.
Am I just missing them or are are they just not there? If not, is there an easy way to program it in VI? I haven't looked that closely (I've never done the VI 'programming' of patches) but when I did look I didn't see anything that looked like that gradual transition from one sample to another using the mod wheel that you get with DXF patches. Hopefully I just missed it.
Any help is much appreciated. Thanks!
Andy
