License download problems

Hello .

I just bought VI Special edition and upon entering emailed activation code in LCC i got this msg;

There was no license to Upgrade found. When downloading an Upgrade-License, the License to Upgrade must be present in a protection device.

Please make sure that the correct Upgrade-License was acquired and that the correct protection device is connected.

Any clues?

Hello and welcome Seba,

you have already registered your Standard and Extended Library at our website [:)]

Please make sure that you enter the Activation Code for the Standard Library first in the Syncrosoft LCC (download licenses). You cannot upgrade to the Extended Library of there is no Standard Library available!

Thank you Paul,

The thing is i did not get a activation code for VI SE std. delivered to my email (i also sent mail to support).However i did receive an email for activating SE ext. and Orch. Strings I. (which activated flawless)

I am having a bit of a problems with my wireless router and it disconects me from the internet often,as it did happen during registration of SE std.
Perhaps that was the issue.
