SE presets have disappeared

I keep the .dat files on a external drive, which I can still see. Directory Manager isn't helping.... Where are they and how do I get them back?

Hi irvind,

please try this:

1) Restart your computer
2) Don´t launch the Vienna Instruments!
3) Remove everything from the Directory Manager
4) Reassign everything you need (simply drag and drop from your Explorer/Finder)
5) Launch the Vienna Instruments

That should do it. If not, there´s a video on the Directory Manager here and you can also email support@vsl.co.at with a little more details than in your post [;)]
