Is there a way to split licenses of one library?

Since VI seems to influence my mac performance a little too much, I´d like to run some instances on my external PC.

The problem is, that I´m running out of outputs on that PC, which is why I´d like to use just the trombones and horns of the Brass I on the PC. The rest should be loaded to my mac.

Is this somehow possible?
