    Could you be a little more specific? This is a pretty wide open question.

    I simply used the recording variations with motor off = non vibrato,
    and simulated the motor via LFO speed and LFO amplitude.

    I programmed three different presets = three different speeds.
    You can't assign a controller to LFO speed, but you can set a different speed for yourself in the editor. It's not very complicated.
