Problems registering Special Edition

Hi Vienna,
I'm having trouble registering the Vienna Standard Edition.
I installed and registered the Syncrosoft application and Vienna Key, no problem, but when I login to your site and try to register the serial number printed on the inside of the box for the Standard Library the error message says:

Microsoft VBScript runtime - Fehler '800a000d'
Type mismatch

/user/viregister.asp, line 204

I've tried entering it in with capital letters (as it appears) and also as small letters, but it doesn't work.

I don't want to start using up my demo tries on the Vienna Key for the Standard stuff, I'd like to save them for demoing the extended stuff (which I'm sure I'll want to buy, after I get this working).

Please help!

stu, it seems there are problems currently issuing SE standard activation codes - it should be solved and you will hear from us within the next few hours.
don't worry about loosing demo starts - we'll take care on this.

I'll move forward then & look forward to hearing more from you when you're ready.

By the way, I've tried several to load the library from the DVDs, and each time the installation program (the program supplied with the DVDs, not your latest version from your website, which I can't get until I can register) crashed and stopped loading, once near the end of disc 1, ond another time in the middle of disc 2. The installation program won't recognize what's already been loaded so I have to start from the beginning.

I'll keep trying, but please tell me if there's something else I need to do.
