    I'm happy to announce our first "Special Woodwinds" demos.

    Guy Bacos sent us a lyrical original composition for strings, harp and woodwinds, featuring exclusively all winds of the "Special Woodwinds" collection:
    Bass flute, Oboe d'Amore, Heckelphone, Bassethorn, Contrabass clarinet

    Jay Bacal focused on the Basset horn and sent us an impressive excerpt of W.A.Mozarts Quintet for Basset horn and solostrings.

    Excellent! At times it has the flavor of Bach at other times the favor of vintage Hollywood (Mancini?). I think it's safe to say that this may be the first piece to use this combination of instruments. But it works quite well. [:D]
