Activation Code

I've just installed the Bosendorfer Piano DVD's (a competion gift from those kind people at VSL!) As usual I registered on the VSL user zone and then rather than get the activation code I got an error screen. Also I haven't received the usual e-mail with the activation codes either.

My Vienna Instruments standalone and plug-in show the Bosendorfer licence as being present (though weirdly they also showed it as being present before I installed the DVD - I seem to remember the Bosendorfer "licence" appearing when I installed the Konzerthaus Organ).

Any way I'm sure the Bosendorfer piano is currently running in demo mode as there is no licence showing on my synchrosoft key. So I guess all that is missing is the activation codes for the permanent licence?

Hopefully after Easter these may appear?

edit: the registration seems to be from april 5th ...?

you might have seen the license before in the Vienna Instruments Player, because of remaining demo starts for All (VSL) Applications, which allows to list all possible collections, i'm sure it didn't show up in your LCC ....

Thanks for the codes. I registered on the 5th on the website. Bosendorfer Licence doesn't show up the LLC but is present as you say in the player I now notice also the Saxaphone demo licences, etc So you're right.

I am having the same Activation Code problem with Special Edition. Only thing is I went ahead and installed the content on an external Hard Drive.

Have emailed support about this and hope to hear from them soon. Do you think I will need to reinstall content after activating my key.

Oh and for some reason, my License center is telling i've lost a demo start. it nows says I have 179 remaining. I didn't even open VI

you won´t have to install the content a second time!

I´m sure that Christian will resend your Activation Code very soon, meanwhile
your Demo Codes will give you enough starts..... can´t really explain the one missing start, but you will be fine!

I´m having the same activation code problem. I registered my brass collection succesfuly and got the activation code, but when I tried to registered my orchestral strings I got an error message even though now it is one of my registered products. Could any one send me an activation code.
I just bought my first vienna instruments but I´ve been strugling with the registration process for two days now. I hope I´ll be actually ussing my software soon.

I just purchased the VSL Voice complete and the Comlete Bundle Special bundle Volume 1 plus. I still haven't recieved the activation codes from you guys for the eLicenser. Could you please resend those ASAP?

The Activation Codes are sent to your registered email address right after your purchase. Did you check your SPAM folder yet?
