    Could someone tell me if the new Contrabass Clarinet VI is the true BBb contrabass or the contra-alto?

    Looking forward to hearing some demos of this.

    The playing range is going down to subcontra Bb.
    (or A#0 when middle c = c4).
    So I think it's the "true" one.
