    When I registered my Solo Strings Extended Library, I did not receive a "VSL Activation Code" email. (For my other VSL VI registrations I did receive an activation email for each of them).

    In the Registered Collections and Instruments section of my User Area, the Solo Strings Extended Library has a "7" in the comment area, whereas the others have "active, registered".

    Is this o.k. or is there a problem?

    i've just resent the confirmation message you should have received. has the activation code at least been presented to you on the website?

    Thanks for the email. The code was on the website at the time of order completion.

    Just curious about the "7" rather than "active, registered".
