    Hello,

    I wonder, will there in the future be key-commands for the VI instrument?
    This would be nice for going to the different pages, scrolling through the cells etc.

    It's a good idea Gerard.
    I looked at System Prefs (Mac OSX) to see if one could assign anything from there, but it only works with existing MENU ITEMS in apps, and there are very few of these in the VI Standalone.

    Would key commands be a problem in that they may conflict with the host app (eg Logic) or will they simply all work because VI is really "in front" of Logic (as a separate app)?

    If you refer to (computer) keyboard strokes: nay.
    Every host swallows those events on purpose, to impede possible conflicts.
    It's a bit different with OSX version but this is rather non-standard behaviour and might have to change in the future anyway.
