Recently purchased most of the Cube. Installation of Woodwinds II and Chamber Strings went fine. However, things did not proceed smoothly with Orchestral Strings I and II. I registered both successfully on the VSL website and received the activation codes, but when I entered these on the Syncrosoft website, I was told that these codes were "already in use" and that I needed to get new activation codes from the manufacturer. I wrote to VSL yesterday after 3PM EST - - which means after 9PM in Vienna on a Friday. Understandably everyone seemed to have left for the evening - - and I have not had a response, so far. My guess is that the software that generates activation codes is, for some reason, generating bad or already used codes. I'm hoping that someone will get back to the office this weekend as I was hoping to install the rest of my libraries this weekend. Possibly others are experiencing the same problems?

Non-Working Activation Codes - HELP!!!!
-
i noticed the license server was under maintenance yesterday and such an error-message could be related to inavailability.
I just checked if the server is online again transferring some licenses and everything seems to work again here.
please repeat the process, I'm sure it will work now.
we apologize for the inconvenience, it has been outside of our sphere of influence.
with kind regards, christian

Christian:
Do you mean that I should re-register on the VSL website and thereby obtain new activation codes? After reading your note, I attempted to use the activation codes I received yesterday, but got the same message from Syncrosoft - that the activation code I had entered was already in use.
Thanks very much for your help,
Stephen
