Bösendorfer won't register

I just purchased the Bösendorfer Imperial Library. When attempting to register on your website I entered the serial number printed on the bottom of the box. When I push the "Register" button I get the following message:


Microsoft VBScript runtime - Fehler '800a000d'
Type mismatch
/user/viregister.asp, line 204

What should I do?

I would be most appreciative of anyone's help.

just to have replied in the forum too ... the issue ihas already been solved and related to a mistyped atrribute (on our side)
