    I can see that Hans Zimmer has his own copy of the Orchestral Cube and Performance Tool ... do you know if he use it ? any short demo ? [:D]

    today is a sad day, i just heard on the news the dead of Ray Charles, a "irremplacable" artist, you'll always be in our mind Ray ... [:(]

    Zimmer has his own personalized orchestral liberary... and if he ever needs a phrase he just gets an orchestra to play it - bastard [:D]

    so why did he buy VSL ?

    hmm some hypothesis :

    - he wants to use the incredible legato function of VSL.
    - he wants to use the wagner tuba (zimmer is a fan of Wagner)
    - or it's simply for marketing and publicity [:D]

    I know why, i'ts the best sample library ever for realism and he wants to try it... Doesn't mean he's going to use it very much...as marcussen said, he has a own sampled orchestra. Besides, aint' no fun walking around on a show without buying anything [:D] ....And I don't think Hans has an economy problem [:D]
