  • These look interesting alright. Not sure if any kind of discount will apply... perhaps a small one.

I can wait to get a look at those new tutorial vids up in the learning resources section.

  •  Yes, me too Banquo!

    Looks great!

    best,

    Steve.

  • Hi guys,

the planned packages are different bundles of extisting Vienna Instruments collection,
for example "Strings Package" will contain all string related Vienna Instruments, the "Super Package" all 18 collections.

  •  Hi Herb,

thanks for letting us know that. The thought went through my head that the special packages may have been a kind of "half way" package that, lets say for a string package, that contained a lot more sample groupings and articulations that would be, say, in the strings that are in the  SE edition which I have, but not as many as there would be in the groupings of all the strings together. I do have the full orchestral strings 1/2 and the full appassionata strings, so my next aim is to get the full solo and full chamber strings as well, so it looks like I have most of what would be regarded as the "strings package". Fantastic sounding strings in all of the sections Herb - I love them!

But then, you have said "planned packages" so I am thinking that you maybe meaning something else than just what we already know exists in the libraries?

Anyway, please excuse all my  questions!

    Steve.

  •  I dunno, the Vienna Super package seems to indicate that these are all the libraries that  we're gonna see from Vsl for a while, perhaps until the choir and mir.

I guess that the main questions regarding the new packages are:

    2. Er...

    3. That's it for me. :D
