    Hi all....first timer here. took the first step and was trying to enter my serial number, but a popup tells me the first V in my first V90 of my serial number is invalid. It won't let me enter any more numbers.....Stuck before I even get started!!!!!

    Hi Ray,

    I think you are operating on the wrong registration page (for sample libraries).
    You have to use the Vienna Instruments registration page.
