    I just downloaded some updated preset files for VI winds, strings and brass. They are ".fxp" filews. How should these be installed? I'm not sure were they go.

    i think you are referring to some custom presets which have been posted after silent stage report #1 ... simply put them into your custom data folder and use them as custom presets
