    I'm probably being extremely thick and missing something obvious, but here goes -I'm unable to start the Syncrosoft LCC. I can't find it in the Finder of my G5. I tried installing it off the DVD that came with my VI's but I was promted that I already had it installed. But it isn't in the Apps folder or anywhere else. Just some folder in the Library has the Syncrosoft name.

    I first bought Appasionata and activated it somehow with the LCC. Then I bought Brass II, which is when I had these activation problems.

    I have a Vienna Key. I've registered 2 products and they work - I can load them and use them in Logic. That's a mystery to me, that Brass II for example is working but I haven't typed in anywhere the activation code that you gave me.

    I've now bought some more VI's and am in the dark as to how to get them activated.

    It is a little misleading...

    In the Applications Folder, it's called "License Control Center".

    Thanks JWL - I'm a tad hungover this morning and you've enabled my activation. I'd suggest to VSL manual writers to rethink page 9 of the VI's manual to help OSX users. I should have looked for the app's full name, not Syncrosoft, but I'm sure I'm not the only one who's had a few tedious moments with the activation procedure.

    It is a tad mysterious at first glance. Even the Syncrosoft software has one version number for the installer download and a different version number for the app once the download is uncompressed and installed.

    I've read terms used so freely, ie: Syncrosoft License Center, License Control, The Control Center coming from different companies using Syncrosoft's system. It's only truly intuitive after it's gone moot.

    But, thanks to the members here and the VSL team this issue has come up quite a bit-- the documentation and videos in the user area also help.
