    Hi Vienna
    What is your attitude towards post-shipping error corrections - will you
    be updating the existing library samples and patches in case of
    reported errors, say a sample glitch or programming errors ?

    In such a massive library there is bound to be errors and slips, so I
    think that a company policy for handling these is very important.
    Will there be a way for users to report these errors?

    thank you for mentioning this important issue.
    We tried everything to avoid errors - we are proud, that our betatesters were surprised how less errors they mentioned.

    But I know, that it is impossible to release the Vienna Sypmhonic Library without any errors, but I'm still hoping [;)]

    Maybe its a good solution to install a dedicated bugfix forum.
    Everyone could report there and we could offer bugfix downloads like art files or replacement wavs and of course replacement instruments for the EXS versions.

    Yes I think a dedicated forum would be great - that way users can participate in solutions at least as far as the programming goes -
    supplying new art files etc.
    I have a couple of minor issues already from the demo CD
    but maybe they have been corrected in the released version.
