    Hi

    I just installed Strings I standard edition and one of my articulatiosn will not play. I installed the Strings I standard edition and also ran the update and it said that it had updated 3 files which looks correct.

    I chose the Level 1 preset.

    All articulations apart from 03 VI-14_perf-portamento will play. I have checked all 3 matrics. This patch in the C2 matrix, 1B slot will not sound, however 2B works fine.

    Can someone help?

    is this possibly a strings preset which is awaiting also strings II to be present?

    Sorry, I forgot to add it is preset Level 1 for Violin Section, C2, 2A that doesnt work.

    It says it is 03 VI-14_perf-portamento, when I go to the violin articulations that particular patch is acually 04? Is this correct?

    Is there someway to load in 04 into the preset and then save the preset over the original?

    Is this what is wrong?
