  • Upgrade path to the Cube

I currently own a full VI Solo Strings library as well as Appassionata.

I know that the Solo Violins library is a part of the cube.

There is no discount in the calculator.

Am I qualified for some kind discount since Solo Violins is part of the Cube or did I lose $600?

Another question: Is Cube treated as a single instrument with one extended set or a collection of libraries where I can purchase extended sets for individual instruments within the package?

    Thank you.

  • sasha, VI solo strings is part of the symphonic cube, so an *upgrade* would result in purchasing the 9 missing collections.
AFAIS you have solo std + ext, so you don't have to pay the USD 1.020.- again, although purchasing the 10 standard collections in one run had been a little bit cheaper (USD 5.090 instead of 5.540 for the single standard libraries).
clearly there is no price reduction for appas since they are not part of the symphonic cube.

  • Thanks Christian. So since I already have solo violins I can pretty much just buy the libraries individually? There is no advantage for me buing the Cube. Am I correct?

    thanks.

  • from our side no, but you might want to try contacting our US distributor ILIO and ask them for a possible fair dealing if you are now *completing* the symphonic cube ... just an idea ...
