    Anyone with the Appassionata Strings, can you check something for me?

    On the Appassionata Violas, the staccato samples (VA-14_Staccato), on the middle velocities (56 through 108 I believe), I'm getting a digital noise burst on the left side, right after the initial attack.

    Anyone else have this happening?

    Hello Jaimo - what note(s) are you hearing this on? I had a quck play up and down the patch but didn't hear it anywhere.

    Geez... I can't believe I left that bit of information out! So sorry...

    The thing is, I can't remember now! I want to say it was E3 (the E above middle C), but loading the staccato patch now, and playing various notes in that velocity range, I'm not having the problem now.

    I'll load the Logic session that it was occurring later on today, and see if I can duplicate it.

    It's weird, it was VERY consistent, only on that one note, and only in that specific velocity range.

    Maybe a studio gremlin...?

    Possibly a result of fragmented memory. Usually problems like that are resolved with a restart of your computer.
