    I have a problem. The matrix presets and patches will not show up in my VI. The only thing I have changed today is I added a second external drive to my set-up. I did not move any samples from the original external drive. I did however change the name of that drive. I did a rescan with the directory manager but still can not load any sounds. I also checked the status of the key and it shows that all is fine and should be unlocked. I am stumped.....any ideas???

    renaiming of the location for the sample data means the original location can no longer be found.
    have you already removed the referrers to the VI files in directory manager and added them again like shown in the vido tutorial
