VI Extended Codes

Hi! There,

I own the Orchestral Strings 1 Standard and Brass 1 Standard. I recently purchased the exnteded editions of the same. with a bunch of other stuff. My dealer told me that I will get an email from Time Space (UK) via VSL or soemthing with the codes on the email that I have registered with VSL.

However, this has not happened and its been a few days since it should have come. I have notified my dealer but I still havnt got the email with the codes.

I just want to double check on the procedure and make sure I am doing everything right and that this is in fact the way it is supposed to be.

sorry tanuj for beeing not of more help ... what distributors and authorized dealers can do (and obviously have done in your case) is create certificates with serial numbers for extended libraries (so they can sell extended with the respective discounts applying).

to print out or email you the certificate is part of the order-process and i refuse to do this from VSL-side, because i don't know details of the selling process and would just confuse everybody involved.
