    When I try to download my Vienna Synphonic Library (the second CD), I check the application "Vienna Instruments Library Installer" to install it then it doesn't download and say that there is an error number 10814.

    you can't start with DVD #2 because in the library installer you need to select the package.info from DVD #1 to start installing the library.
