    Everything was working fine on my dual 2.3 G5 (10.4.9), with VI SE as a plugin in Digital Performer (5.11). Now the factory content won't show up. First I tried the method from the OSX FAQ. After quitting the VI Standalone App, I opened Activity Monitor, where the vsldaemon appears red, with "(not responding)" attached. vslserver was not running. I then deleted everything I could find except the library: the 3 apps, prefs, application support, rebooted, reinstalled all the software, rebooted - still no luck. Do I have to reinstall the library? Any other suggestions?

    Sorry for not mentioning that. Yes, that was the first thing I tried, and I also ran it after every step mentioned previously.
