    Hi everyone, I am a new VI owner and finally found the time today to start the registration/ installation process for SOLO STGS VI.

    Having a problem though...maybe someone can shed some light please.

    When I enter the Solo Standard and Extended Serials this is what comes up:


    (9) The Serialnumber for Standard Library is registered for another user

    I have emailed Christian, I'm sure I'll i'll hear back, but meanwhile any explanations as to why this is happening. I have chosen the Vienna Library Registration and not the Vienna Key Registration, have already registered the key. This error message keeps coming up ... I've tried a number of times.

    Obviously I cannot go further I sort this little problem out. Can someone help please?

    joseph, the serial number has indeed been registered for another user - i have already noticed our distributor and am waiting for a statement.

    it seems you have registered a ViennaKey and the demo mode with 180 starts is available - let me know if you run out to receive another activation code.

    i'm sure we can solve the problem actually today and our apologies for the trouble
