Extended library access?

Hey. I read somewhere that when you buy a std. set Instrument, you get access to the ext. set for 4 weeks or something. But I can't seem to find access to the extended stuff in the chamber strings which I installed and authorized about a week ago. Any trick I need to do? I am on a Mac Pro.

simon, every ViennaKey comes with 180 starts (demo mode #1) which covers most cases. if you don't have a ViennaKey or have used up your demostarts with other collections earlyer you can receive 30 days/ 30 starts demo licenses.
such licenses for demo mode #2 currently need to be requested, you can send such a request to activate@vsl.co.at

Actually this is my first use of the dongle ever for VSL purposes. I already had Cubase and other licenses stored on it, so maybe that is why I don't automatically get a demo license? Dunno.

we dicided finally not to issue such demo codes automatically, because the majority of users go the extended route anyway. if you now have an expired demo license on your key the *deny* from the expired demo might overrule the *allow* of the extended license.
this is just because we are too lazy to handle additional support requests based on such an occurance [;)]
