  • Expention price problem

    I bought app-strings yesterday(2007/02/14)

    I know, app-string expention price is 535 US Dollar. but my card conpany sad "you used 686.92 US Dollar"

    I think,even if it calculated expention price + 10% increase price(even still 535$) + 10% VAT, never difference over 130 dollar.

    please let me know, is this correct?

  • Was there an import tax applied if it were ordered from outside Korea?

    You may want to contact the vendor to have the charges explained more clearly. If their explanation is unsatisfactory, cancel the order and buy from another vendor.

  • free1204, we can see USD 535 accounted (one order has been left incomplete and nothing has been charged, a second one a few minutes later completed)
    sabine from our sales-depatment will look into this issue in detail before finally confirming the transaction from VSL-side and keep you updated.

    When I ordered first time, I got internet problem, so I reordered.

    And order completed, and I registered app-string expention to syncrosoft.

    AND I got mail from my card company "you use 686.93 USD".

    If you want, I send you my card expenditure breaks.


    I'm not rich. 130 USD is big money to me. please Check this problem & find a solution.

  • i've already notified sabine (who you can contact via sales@vsl.co.at if needed) and she will help us to find out who in detail is responsible and the reason for such a difference (about which i've heard the first time ever btw).

  • My card company sad "Maybe, they charged not 535 USD, they charged 535 euro"

    and card company want me order breakdown from VSL, can you send me order breakdown to e-mail?

  • just in case someone else stumbles across this and is worried ... it turned up the amount has been charged in error and corrected later by the creditcard company
