    I'm a bit confused by the articulation description:

    "Legato/portamento:
    Normal, with 4 velocity sustains, progressive and strong vibrato, sforzato, and detuned attack"

    Does this mean that four velocity levels are provided for both legato n portamento; for legato only, for all of these etc?

    It would be nice in any case if the dynamic indications for all these (or at least the main ones) could be provided. If it would clutter up the page, perhaps an additional info button could be added.

    Agreed its not very clear.

    Legato and Portamento patches have to velocity layers. There is however a patch where the 4 velocity sustain patches is crossfaded into the legato patch. This makes for a "fake" 4 layers.

    Ah.

    How well does this crossfade option work? As in, is it noticeable? Does it work well with mezzo dynamics?

    I think its pretty seamless I guess, however I don't use it since it has too much vibrato for my tastes. I tend to use the regular legato patches.
