    I am using Sonar 6. Using Vienna Solo Strings in VST mode.
    When I go to patch assign (like the demo video) I do not see a vertical and horizontal selection for boxes. I only see one box with nothing to the left of it for choices - i.e. to make a row.

    If I go to matrix mode - I get all sorts of boxes but no controls to limit the number vertically or horizontally.

    Any suggestions?

    can't you simply expand the matrix by click&drag the borders?

    I figured it out. The video shows an H and a V to the left. Forget that. Just lick on the small box itself and draft it down or to the left!
    NOW it works!
