    YES!!! My VIs came in today. I can't wait to hear them in my music.

    I'm trying to register the collection and I'm having issues.

    1) I already have a steinberg key, so do I still need to register a Vienna Key?

    2) I tried to enter the serial (insidde the box) and it keeps telling me that fisrt letter is invalid. What does that mean? I typed what it says?


    Can't I use the key I have to register?

    Hi

    Glad you've got your VIs. In answer to your questions

    1 - you don't need to register a VI key but it's worth it if you have one in case you ever have any problems

    2 - I may have misunderstood you but the serial inside the box is used to register on this website and then you receive an activation key which is the key you type into the syncrosoft licence download application.
