For anyone who has read my previous thread, I just want to let you know that VSL stands the test of product support in my book!
Herb, supported me through the failure, emailed me a well defined method of repair and everything in my version is now working, as far as I can tell.
But let me reiterate my point:
Herb & VSL stood by patiently and supported me. Although it was frustrating for me to experience the problem and I can get a little bit cocky at times, this group of guys at VSL have really won me as a professional customer and dealer of there products!
