    Is there any way to open more than one window of the VI stand alone application on the Macintosh.

    Sibelius will send midi to the Apple IAC driver bus # you assign. The VI stand alone application can see this for only one port but if there were more than one window open I should be able to send more than one Sibelius instrument to VI.

    I could use the patch bay program (as suggested by stevesong in another post) to send Sibelius midi to DP but my ideas seems more direct.

    Yes, there is. Just make a copy (or more) of the Stand Alone application. You can then start multiple instances.
