No serial # in product box

I recently purchased Solo Strings & Vienna Key.

However I have two issues.
The first is the box did not contain a sticker with the product serial number which of course does not allow me to register the product.

The second is when attempting to register the Vienna Key I received a message stating that the serial number provided was already registered to another user.

I’m a little unsure as to how to proceed.
Any help that will lead to a resolution to the above issues would be greatly appreciated.

welcome laurence,
i found you have registered 5 times and consolidated your records now, so you should see the registered ViennaKey again.

the serial number sticker should be on the bottom of your cardbox (below the DVDs) - if it is not there please contact your dealer or distributor how to replace the box.

hopefully you have already the installation CD with ViennaInstruments software 1.06 in your box so you can actually start installing everything and run it using the 180 demo starts on your ViennaKey.
