    My appologies if this has been covered elsewhere.

    I noticed recently when trying an offline activation of the Perf Tool that VSL has me down as having this tool activated on 5 computers. I have the tool on only two computers? I do not understand this.

    Also I get different computer ID codes for the same computer. I do not understand this.

    Also, is there any way I can deactivate the other authorisations that are no longer applicable?

    Could someone clarify the situation?

    BA, the number of activated computers might be better worded as number of activations for different ComputerIDs. after major changes of hardware or a re-install of windows you probably notice a different ID.

    although your email address from the forum profile does not correlate with any registered for the user area i'd assume to have sent you a new response key on monday - let me know if you need another activation.

    Hi,

    my old version v2.0f of the Performance Tool asked for a new activation code when I was online at the same time. When I closed the Tool and IE, then opened the Tool again, everything was back to normal, no code required. In that way you might use up more codes than necessary - could be an explanation ...
