Starting to wonder whether it's the VI library and it's marriage to Syncrosoft that is causing the problems.
I was just in a session loading VI's just fine, when I went to load another, it suddenly says "License Error" and tells me I have no device for the VSL library. Nice. Notice it doesn't say Nuendo doesn't have a license, just VSL.
So I quit, rescan the library in License Control, it sees everything, I quit, relaunch Nuendo. Program hangs on load. Restart Mac. Rescan licenses. Now trying to launch Nuendo again, been about 4 minutes and still nothing.
This cannot be a professional solution. If I had clients in the room I would be in big trouble. I have never seen iLOK cause a problem like this.
It's time for this God awful system to really be examined by VSL, because it's just taking too much time out of our lives.
PLEASE. Somebody somewhere remedy this awful situation.
Frustrated,
