Purchase key separately?

I finally took the plunge and ordered a set of instruments last night (strings I & II, brass II, and woodwinds I). The plan is to buy these instruments piecemeal as I can afford / have need for them. But this morning, I started wondering about something.

I notice that the USB protection key is a separate line-item to order, and I didn't think about ordering that - I was sort of assuming that was for ordering extra keys; that a single key would come with my original order. Now I'm wondering if I made the correct assumption.

So, my question is: does a key come with an order of VI, or are you required to purchase this separately?

james, if you order a complete symphonic cube one ViennaKey is included. in case you purchase single collections you had to add as many keys you may need (one per computer).
should we add some to your order?

Just fyi, I saw no information explaining this on your site. There's a Vienna Key product, but no text accompanying it. Seems like a reasonable place to describe how the key works, and under what circumstances you might have to buy one.

I ,like you, am a newbie and am piecing the set together as funds allow.
You will be delighted with the VST interface..... take a look at the tutorials whilst your waiting, especially the Matrix & Stacking tutorials
