    Hi Christian and friends,
    I tried the Vienna Site again today and I am still having problems with the discount calculator. Do you know when this problem will be corrected. I still think it just might be my isolated problem. I see by the forums that others have had no problems ordering. Is there anything I can do on my end? I really want to purchase the extended library as soon as possible.

    mike, i can see several orders with no products assigned. this looks like you visited the basket, but didn't add any products to it.
    please start on the product page, eg. woodwinds II - login to see *your price* considering the discounts - click on *BUY NOW*
    the product and discount will be displayed again as selected and if your selection was correct, you can now click *ADD* to add this product to the basket. continue with more products if wanted from the respective product page (can be selected in the vertical menu lefthand).
    if the basket holds all desired products click *ORDER* to go to the form for entering your creditcard information.
    please let me know if it doesn't work that way to investigate on details,

    I start at the products page(Vienna Instruments) I select solo violins, However before that I did log into my account. The solo violins says that I am registered BUT it shows no DISCOUNT. When I press Buy Now button it's telling me that I owe $535.00 with no discount.....?? The "buy now button is under the extenuated part but it shows no discount. Am I missing a step?? I went back and tried Chamber Violins , again no discount.... Should I log in BEFORE the products page??? I am getting close to ordering but I think my sequence is wrong

    I still can't get the discount to appear!!! I log into my personal area. I know I am in because I can see all of my info. I then press products and VI. After pressing solo strings it shows that I am registered!!! I hit the Buy now and it shows $535.00 for extended. Now I did NOT hit the add button yet. Perhaps I will see the discount if I add the 535.00 to my basket? Right now, it shows my selected product with no discount. Should I hit the add button and put this into the basket? I just don't see any discount on the page before I hit add, even though I am logged in?? I must be doing something incorrect!!

    I logged in tonight and NOW it is showing the discounts. I quickly ordered the extended library for Solo Strings, Chamber,Orch 1 and 2 and Woodwinds 1. I entered my credit card numbers. All I received was the word PAYMENT on a page, no other instructions were given. What happens next? Did Vienna receive my money? What and When will I receive anything?

    It was (is) a Mastercard. I need to know if the order went through. If not, I will try again. But I can't do that until I know for sure if Vienna received the funds.

    Yes, this is the most difficult form of ordering I have experienced on the web. Please have Sabine contact me ASAP. At this point, I don't know if Vienna has received my Mastercard order on not. At this time, I have NOT received ANY notification that anything happened. How much time should I give Sabine to contact me?

    no, it didn't go through ... the process received a paymentID, but did not complete (didn't receive a *payment successful*. i've noticed sabine.
