    Is the Verified by Visa credit card protection scheme preventing anyone esle using the on-line store ?

    unfortunatel yes ... some requests are forwarded to a *blank page*, mostly hosted by a local bank as far as i found out.
    sabine from our sales&delivery could charge your card backoffice as a quick solution

    sangit, i'd assume you're located in germany - the distributor there (bestservice) offers actually cash on delivery.
    unfortunately paypal is not included in the portolio of our payment provider.

    i've been ordering with bestservice all time, it's fine. i just thought there might be any benefit ordering directly from the vsl website... e.g. if i only need a license key for an extended library where the samples are already on the dvd's i have and won't need to be shipped again.

    Hi... Two questions.

    A) How fast can I get the extrended version through you guys when the page goes blank for me?

    B) Can I avoid registering/typing in the standard codes, and just wait for the extended to get here?

    christian, didn't you mention you've ordered std+ext via bestservice? at least i can see a respective order ...
    the visa problem is still evident (obviously for a lot of compaynies) and we talked about that in march how to proceed - unfortunately i couldn't yet start to pester you with that ...

    ehhm ... forgot B) - yes, you can (register the serials from the standard first), but IMO it would be a more clearly structure in your license tree if you register both in one run - you will receive a single code then to be pasted into the LCC.

    and: the certificate should come along together with your standard libraries ...
