    Hello,

    Wonder if anyone can help:

    Just installed the dongle, downloaded the licence for Chamber strings, installed the VI software...perfect.

    However, when I put the 1st DVD of the library in to my drive and try to launch the installer...nothing happens! It just does nothing, the drive doesnt spin up, I have no idea what the problem is. The installer just doesn't seem to want to run at all.

    I'm on a G5 Mac, 2.2 / 4gig RAM, running Tiger 10.4.6.

    If anyone could offer any help I'd really appreciate it!

    peter, if you have installed the software from the download section of the user area (ver. 1.05) then you should find a library installer in your application folder - please use this instead. you should be asked to locate the package.info file on DVD1 then
