OK who else has my code?

Copy of email sent to VSL earlier today.
I haven't had any reply as at the time of this posting.

Email stated:

I have only just got around to installing the Solo Strings.

When I go to the registration page and enter the following data:

STANDARD LIBRARY

V01-S1DWE-W36Z8-Z8PAP (From the Box opened TODAY)

EXTENDED LIBRARY

V01-S1DWE-W36Z3-LC47Y (from Serial Number Certificate)


I get the following error message:

(10) The Serialnumber for Extended Library is registered for another
user

All codes double / treble checked
Can you fix this problem?

Probably not a good idea to post your serial numbers online. I'd edit the message and remove them.

sandpiper, my apoligies for the inconveniance - this could have been a copy&paste mistake ... i've just sent you a corrected license certificate via email

Since they don't work in combination they are not of much use.

I have now been sent corrected numbers.

they are actually of no use, because already registered resp. bound to a certain user account [;)]
