    Is anyone considering using NI Kore as a Host for VI? Considering the cost compared to simpler VST hosts does it have any merit?

    Definitely. I understand it will have a hardware controller and you will be able to type in what kind of sound you want without having to wade through millions of patches.

    The only potential problem is the NI bugfest that may occur. NI have always had problems with bugs, so I will surely get it - but not for the first 3 to 6 months. It looks good.
