    After selecting "License Download", LCC answered: "The wizard cannot be started because other applications access the device".

    Which applications? There are no other applications running!

    Hi - when that happens open task manager and end the "vsldaemon" process

    it is recommended to reboot the machine before adding or moving licenses. although this should be mentioned somewhere it seems the note is not placed very prominetly ....
