    I'm trying to install my first VI and there's a problem:

    When I run the Installer, all Volumes are shown with the red exclamation mark (Mac OS) and the software tells me "please install Syncrosoft License Control".

    But SLC is already installed (for Steinberg products) and has just been updated on my system Volume; and I've downloaded (and can see) the VI registration on the Vienna Key!

    Can anyone help, please?

    I'm using Mac OS 10.3.9
    SLC 4.9.7.6 (I used this as 5.0x seems to have some issues)
    VI Installer 1.03 from the Updates area
    also have the 1.03 Library installer
