    Hi:

    When I go to the order page for solo strings, I seem to only be able to "pre-order" the standard content. Signing in to the discount caculator does show my registered products, and the discount I am to receive, but I find no way to apply this discount to the order page and/or my shopping basket.

    another question: Is the dongle (ViennaKey) included?

    They just state that it is need but not if it is included and I can also not see it in their shop.

    I beleive its only included if you vuy the whole cube. So if your getting only a few collection, buy a key.

    Hi again:

    I am still hoping for an answer from the VSL team about how I can order individual VI modules through the VSL site (from Canada) and take advantage of the VIP discount. The order page still allows only a "pre-order" of standard content, and does not factor in currently owned instruments.

    Hi Michael,

    you can order any extended VI version at our distributors Ilio and best Service. They will of course consider your VIP discounts of your registered products.
    The shopping option in our webshop for extended VI products should be online tomorrow.
